Bill Ledford is a full-time real estate agent with over 17 years of experience.

He was born and raised in Orange, California, but moved to Central Pennsylvania his senior year of high school and has lived here ever since.

He owns several rental properties, and has purchased, renovated and sold numerous properties over the last 30 years. He has also helped others get started in property investment.

Bill bought his first house when he was 17 years old for $12,500 in Huntingdon County.

He and his wife renovated the entire property for over 5 years and learned everything from fixing frozen pipes to finishing drywall and was able to sell the house for a profit. After several years of "flipping" homes, he decided to get his Real Estate Salesperson license in 2005.

Bill was a Staff Sergeant in the US ARMY National Guard for 9 years (CO A 2/112th US Infantry 1990-1999).

He also worked as a designer/estimator for a local well known general contractor for 4 years designing home renovations and additions. Most of his work was in Centre and Huntingdon Counties.

Bill's coached Pee-wee football, and Little League baseball for several years and has always felt it important to be an active member of his community.

As a Pennsylvania State University graduate, Bill is familiar with State College and surrounding communities, and as a lifelong Lake Raystown lover, he is very knowledgeable about properties around the lake and in Huntingdon.
