My wife and I did not need a lot of hand holding in our sale and purchases, but we needed somebody who knew the market well and what it would bear.  Jenn was and is a tremendous asset in meeting our future needs and saved up thousands of dollars in the process.

My reason for only four stars in expertise and response is simply because we did not need the processes explained to us and had never allowed ourselves into crisis response mode.  I have no doubt that Jenn would be outstanding with both but we just did not need it.  Our Zillow account helped us do advance planning that prevented requiring more from Jenn.
