My wife and I had a small, rural building lot that we no longer had use for and decided to sell it. Rather than going through the hassle of listing it and selling it ourselves, we contacted Tom Cali, a man I've known for several years through our common interests as runners, at RE/MAX Centre Realty in State College. He recommended his associate, McKenzie Millward, to handle the transaction. What a blessing! McKenzie clearly knows the real estate market in Central PA area. She listing, and sold, the property for an amount that netted us more than what we originally thought the property was worth. Throughout the sales proceedings McKenzie kept us up to date and well informed about offers submitted and recommended counter offers for the property. The whole process took only a few weeks' time. She even handled the closing and hand delivered a bank check for the transaction to us. In these days of several-hundred-thousand-dollar real estate transaction, the sale of our property was pretty trivial deal; less than $50k. But, given the effort and diligence on McKenzie's part, one would have thought it was a million-dollar deal! We could not have been more pleased with the service McKenzie provided! In the future, should we have need of a real estate agent to buy or sell a property, Ms. Millward and RE/MAX Centre Realty are our go to representatives.
