We purchased a vacation home in State College with Nicole's help.  She made the search process as easy as possible.  She was very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods.  She visited several homes for us in a tight market when we could not be there in person and sent pictures and comments.  We had a tight timeline to get in for football season and when the home that was right for us came up she got us in right away and helped us put it under contract.  She arranged for and attended the inspections and closing since we are not local.

Nicole did an amazing job and provided me with the smoothest home buying experience I've ever had.  I have moved several times over the years and she recently helped me with my third home purchase.  I was impressed not only with her knowledge of the area, but also with how fast she responded to the market.  State College is notorious for houses changing ownership very quickly so fast communication is essential.  In addition, I feel she went the extra mile for me as a client with her availability for tasks not necessarily falling under typical real estate agent responsibilities.  If I ever move again, she will be the first person I call.
