The award recognizes associates who have been affiliated with the REMAX organization for at least seven years and have reached a significant career commission milestone.

Deep roots in the State College community

A State College native, Tracy has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and a strong connection to the Centre County community. She holds degrees in sociology and political science from West Chester University, and began her real estate career in 2003 as a title agent, gaining valuable firsthand experience with the transactional side of the industry.

After a brief five-year venture in dental sales, Tracy returned to real estate with a broader professional perspective and quickly built a successful career helping buyers and sellers throughout State College, Boalsburg, Lemont, and the surrounding communities.

Today, Tracy serves as the lead agent of The Tracy Barter Group, where her local market knowledge, professional experience, and community connections continue to serve her clients throughout Central Pennsylvania.

The REMAX Lifetime Achievement Award marks another milestone in Tracy’s career and recognizes the years of hard work and dedication behind her success.
